Hey, I'm Steve August

I took my first startup from idea to a multimillion-dollar exit and later became CMO of a $100M company. From the outside, it looked like I had it nailed.

On the inside, I was constantly overwhelmed, burning energy just to keep up, and leaving too many ideas half-finished.

I wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until age 54. That’s when I finally understood why all the planners and productivity hacks never stuck — and when I started building brain-first systems that actually work.
